Marshall was part of a gang of as many as nine blacks who robbed and murdered Hobson in the parking lot of a Break Time convenience store last October 23.
“Hobson was in Columbia for a Missouri Tigers football game and was the cousin of MU defensive back Trey Hobson. Aaron Hobson was meeting friends in the Break Time parking lot before heading to a party when a group of people demanded Hobson’s money and he was shot with a handgun.”
