If Race is a Social Construct, How Can an Appeals Court Examine the University of Texas’ Use of Race in Admissions?

By A Texas Reader

Whoa!

I thought race was a social construct?

A Harvard professor said so repeatedly.

Who are we to argue with a propeller head?

Or even the state of Texas?

Appeals Court to Examine UT’s Use of Race in Admissions.

Fisher v. UT placed on Appellate Schedule.

Notice how a mestizo gets morphed into a white guy when he commits a crime. Yet this same parasite is considered “Hispanic,” when he applies to UT Austin.
