Jacksonville DA Angela Corey overcharged Michael Dunn, just as she overcharged George Zimmerman. Corey could have charged Dunn with Murder Two, and Attempted Murder Two, but instead charged him with Murder One for killing Jordan Davis, and three counts of Attempted Murder One, for shooting at the other three occupants of the red SUV. There is no justification for any first-degree charge.
By the way, I tried to post this comment at CNN, but its thread Nazis permitted one or two less significant comments, but blocked this one.
