Late election night, or the next day, I saw this “expert” on NBC, asserting that the GOP majority was so strong that it would hold at least until 2022. He had to be a Republibot. He looked to be 35-40 years old, with a brown beard (goatee?) and big tufts of brown hair surrounding, if memory serves, a big bald spot.
I immediately told The Boss of how after the 2004 election, Republicans were sure they’d have a 50-year reich, yet they lost it all in 2006.
They never seem to learn, which is why we have to start a new party.

The vote, as I have previously stated before the elections, was for the lesser of two evils. Now I don't think there is a lesser of two evils when it comes to the Democrats and the Republicans.
